Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Store in a cool, dry place—preferably in breathable cloth bags—and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Condition every 6–12 months using a quality leather conditioner to maintain suppleness and prevent drying or cracking.

Do you offer customization or personalization options?

Yes! You can personalize your item with embossing—such as initials or a short phrase—at checkout. For fully custom pieces (e.g., specific color combos or special measurements), reach out via our Contact page. Please note: custom items may be non-returnable.

What are your shipping options and delivery timelines?

We ship globally, with delivery fees calculated at checkout. Typical production and handling time is 3–5 business days; shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details to monitor your order.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns of unused, unmarked items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
